Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Our products ship from partner warehouses, mainly in China. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen due to customs checks, carrier delays, peak seasons, or events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are €3.99–€5.99, depending on the product and destination. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information can take a few days to update after dispatch, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement right away.
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package will have its own tracking information when possible.
Customs, duties, and taxes
EU orders: Prices include VAT where applicable, and no additional import charges should apply.
Orders outside the EU (e.g., the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and other countries): Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle address issues.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
